Follow these steps to use the B2B MEETING application:
- 1. Enter a room ID of your choice to create a meeting.
- 2. Click "Create Room" this will open your camera (please allow) and an Email to send to your contact.
A link ready for pasting into other communication tool (eg. text message) is also available.
- 3. Once connected on both sides, you will be able to send your screen to be mirrored with your contact. Click on the 'Start/Stop Screen-Share' button and select the 'B2B MEETING' screen from the displayed list.
Once connected you can move to the browser tab you wish to share with your remote contact.
- 4. Return to your webcam from the Shared Screen by moving back to the browser's 'B2B MEETING' tab and clicking again on the 'Start/Stop Screen-Share' button. Switch back to sharing your screen with the 'Start/Stop Screen-Share' button (as in step 3.)
- 5. Click "End Meeting" to end the session.
- 6. Please ensure to allow your camera and microphone access for a smooth experience.
- Please Note - Screen sharing can not be initiated from mobile devices (phones or tablets). On these, only the video connection is available.
