Created 15 years ago on the outskirt of Florence - Italy, with a new concept of printing directly onto knitwear. This new technique afforded unlimited possibilities to bring intricate and colourful results to knited products witout the cost and the manufacturing complications of the Jaquard process which was the only way of acheiving this previously! Nowadays this technique is also used by other designers but none have the experience or the creativity that you will find in Jei's collection who specialises in this approach almost exclusively. Of course the beauty of the final product is directly related to the quality of the 'base' knit onto which designs are printed! And with Jei's, you will find no compromise in quality with super fine 'high-twist' cotons in the Summer collections to 100% cashemere in the winter collections and of course the most luxurious Merino Wool and other yarns on offer too! |
